To get started, register your cell phone below using the first six-digits of your WG+E account number. Once enrolled, simply text 1-888-525-1834 with any of the following prompts:
OUT - Report a power outage at your address.
STATUS - Receive the latest outage update and estimated restoration time, if available.
HELP - View a list of available text commands.
STOP - Opt out of outage text messages.
WGE - Re-enroll if you've previously opted out.
