Home Plus Pilot Program
Home Plus is an innovative financing pilot program designed to help Westfield homeowners transition to energy-efficient heat pump systems while improving their home’s overall efficiency. Residents could receive up to $27,000 in funding for heat pump installations and qualified home efficiency improvements. This program starts in January 2025 and will be limited to 50 participants. Eligible Homeowners Must:
- Currently heat their homes with oil, wood, propane, or electric baseboard systems
- Own and reside in a home in a Westfield Environmental Justice Block group, designated by the Massachusetts 2020 Environmental Justice Populations Map
- Be a current Westfield Gas + Electric customer in good-standing
- Deadline to complete Initial Qualification Form is February 14, 2025
