Home Plus is an innovative financing pilot program designed to help Westfield homeowners transition to energy-efficient heat pump systems while improving their home’s overall efficiency. Residents could receive up to $27,000 in funding for heat pump installations and qualified home efficiency improvements. Residents in Enviornmental Justice areas are eligible for a $3,500 incentive for an electrical panel upgrade. CHECK THE MAP FOR QUALIFYING AREAS.

Eligible Homeowners Must:

• Currently heat their homes with oil, wood, propane, or electric baseboard systems
• Own and reside in a home in Westfield
• Be a current Westfield Gas + Electric customer in good-standing
