How A Sponsorship Works

To request a sponsorship, simply fill out the form below, providing details about your event, the amount you are seeking, and how WG+E will be recognized for it’s contribution. Our team will review your request, and if approved, we’ll work together to make it happen.

You may also apply by mail or, by delivering a copy and supporting documents to our office at 100 Elm Street or, mail to:

Our Guidelines

• The request form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the organization’s need for sponsorship funds, or the event date.
• If your organization has not received support from WG+E in the past, please complete a W9 Form and attached to this application below.
• In return for sponsorship, WG+E will receive some form of promotion, including but not limited to WG+E advertising or signage including the WG+E/WCF logo that will be seen by customers.
• Past WG+E sponsorships do not guarantee future a sponsorship.
